Videl hasta volaba chabon, también es artista marcial como chisato y fue entrenada por Gohan así qur tiene conocimiento de ki, no te va a explotar el sistema solar de un kamehame ha pero tiene lo suyo en fuerza y velocidad.

De echo sí porque justamente Videl tiene las mismas o más características que chisato.
Chisato es una black widow del ucm un poco más buffeada en stats físicos pero la otra es una humana entrenada en ki de dragon ball chabon, una piña de spopovich y la desintegra a chisato.

Videl era capaz de MATAR a Spopovich (si no fuera por la magia de Babidi) incluso ella puede vencer con algo de dificultad a Chisato.
